I am one of the very few people who adheres to the "10 items or less" policy when it comes to the express tills at Pick 'n Pay. It is SO unfair that people get away with paying for their two trollies of monthly shopping at the express till and the cashiers do not turn them away.
I understand that the majority of your cashiers are not the most enthusiastic people in the world, and monitoring the amount of items people have in their baskets would be a very strenuous task, but then why not do away with the "Express" till and not make false promises of policies you are not able to adhere to?
