Hi, I work in the media industry-radio, we have a feature that deals with customer service and Pick and Pay always comes up, I mean I work hard for my moola and I dont appreciate not getting value for my money I must say that service at Pick n pay Alex Junction deserves an award for the most crapiest i have ever came across at Pick n pay stores, a while back we bought food from the Kitchen and we had food poisoning, while doest Pick and Pay sell cold drinks if they are never cold, the ladies at the teller are rude, never friendly and never greet the clients and the one thing that me of being discusses as a customer, my colleague came to my office and actually told me that they say I complain a lot, yeh if they had proper customer service then there would be a need to complain. lastly why does the teller have to tell the client that they can help with a withdrawal and U are just left there to hang and look stupid, trying to find a till that has enough money to withdraw, why do you guys offer the service if it will be mess, come on guys, I mean I have the smart shopper card but I would rather not use the card, i dont feel proud to be associate with such,!!!
