I went to the above mentioned store last week to enquire about the prices of the hart pots. I was advised that the 6pc is R280 and the 10pc is R300. Today when i went to do some shopping i see a tag on the pots saying was R300 NOW R250, not stating if its 6 or 10pc. Knowing what i was previously advised i took the 10pc as i assumed that they were the ones on special. I asked the assistant who verified the prices for me last week to confirm if it was 6 or 10pc that was on special. he came back with a manager, Solomon who when he checked on the system saw that the was an error with the pricing. When i asked him how we solving the error, he left me on the isle without an answer. i then took the pots to the till and when i got there i asked the cashier to call the same manager to correct the error on the system so that i buy the pots with price i saw on the shelf, R250. Same guy who rudely left me on the isle made the situation even worse by lying to me telling me that the normal price for the 10pc is R450 and that R300 is the special price.
Please advise me when i can go to the same store to buy my pots with the price i saw advertised. Thank you
