Bad service on cellphone

I had bought a blackberry cellphone using my edgars account last year which I had included insurance on it, after 7 months of using, it started giving me problems and i had to take it back for repair, they told me that they are taking it to insurance and they will give me a call back which they did after two months, when I went to collect my phone they told me that I cannot get a phone until i have settle my account, I was a bid surprice because the phone had still had a warranty as it was less than a year and stil they want me to pay my account for something I dont have, I was angry with them and asked them to give me back my phone, they said to me they will get back to withinh 48hrs which is now getting close to 2 weeks and they haven't responded back to me, I still have not received a phone and still waiting for them, please help me.
