I am shopping at our Spar in Standerton for over 15 years now, and I really don't know if it is an good exsperience any more for me, because all I have to do is complain all the time. I have been complaining to management for many of times but still when I go there for shopping, its still the same. I like to do shopping when there are specials, when I get there, they are out of stock, prices advertised is not correct. When I get to the till some of the prices is not loaded on the system, and then we have to wait so that they get the prices, or they have to refund me the difference in price, and that is so frustrating, espesially when its so busy. I have complaint so many times, exscuses are, the supplier didnt send enought stock, the truck is late, the special is sold out. I can recall, the following specials that was out of stock, Stork margarine, Jacobs Kronings coffee, Tennis busciuts, Knorr cup of soup free mugs, Spar milk, but when you go in on a Monday the products that was not on the shelf, for what reason given, the shelfs is full on the normal price. I really like to do shopping, but it seem that i am complaining every time I go there, and I hate it.
