I went to the pick n pay store in Westgate yesterday afternoon. It was actually a pretty traumatizing customer experience. Firstly, I get there to the fruit and veggie stand picked my stuff and went to weigh it for a price. There was no one there. I waited for about 3 minutes before someone actually came to assist. I shopped around and realised I had forgotten to pick up another item at the veggie stand. Same thing happened, this time it took 5 minutes to get someone to assist with the weighing. Annoyed already, I went to pay and stood in quite a long line. Getting to the front I spotted this huge pool of blood on the floor. Obviously from some meat that spilled when someone bought it. People already trotted on it so it left blood stains everywhere. It looked like a murder scene. I am a vegetarian, so I was utterly disgusted by this! How clean is your store and do you even take customers seriously!
