Firstly, the incident happened on the 12th of December 2013. I witnessed a security guard at this store attack and gravely assault a vagrant worker outside the store. The security guard attacked the vagrant, not once but three times even though the vagrant asked him to stop. The security guard knocked him unconscious and just left him there until I started making a scene, however, I have already reported this to Checkers. I got a terrible response. I was called back and given a complete and a cover up story. I told the person calling me that it was rubbish and was told id be called back but nothing to date. They told me the security guard just pushed the vagrant (who was attacked for begging too much) who then fell and hit his head. I saw him being beat unconscious. This shows a condoning of this type of behaviour and no real valuing human life and only a concern with profits. I am very disappointed in their response so far and am interested to hear what they have to say next.
