Bad service

This is worst by far service i have ever recieved, I hadn't recieved my order, tried calling the centre a number of times holding for almost an hour everytime i called with no answer, just listening to the computer that keeps lieing to me about the position iam at in the list of callers, i got fed up. I made a payment the day i purchased online on the 9th January, on the 14/01/14 the machine kept saying iam caller no1 with one minute to hold i ended up holding for 10mins until Hanalie or Analie answered, and she tells me the order was stating that there was no payment then she checked and so that the payment was done weeks ago then she say, oh unfortunately since she only saw this now the payment will deemed as if it was done today and i should recieve my order in 2-3 working days, iam really frustrated and angry at the sevice provided by pspa.noone responded to an e-mail i sent about my complain, asking for assistance, is there anyone who mans these phones and computers.worse service ever.
