CONGRATULATIONS!

I would like to bring to your attention the incredibly friendly, patient and excellent support that your staff give at the shop on the Lower Ground Floor at La Lucia Mall. They are wonderful and a credit to your organisation.
On the flip side, however, the two staff on the upper level in La Lucia Mall are totally distinterested and, as for your Blackberry technician at the MTN Workshop in the Coastlands Hotel, Umhlanga - he is never in the office. I called on two separate days and was unable to see him. The guys on the Lower Ground shop, La Lucia, sorted my problem out.
