I submitted a query to Pick n Pay via their Customer Care email link, because I wanted to find out if they manage the presence of birds in their stores by lethal means, since I am a very keen bird lover and this would definitely influence my continuing to support Pick n Pay, if I was to find out that they exterminate the birds in their stores. All you get is an automated computer reply saying "your request has been passed on to management", but almost 48hrs later I have heard nothing about my question. I'm beginning to think either their "customer care" communication chain does not work or they do not intend answering what is a potentially sensitive question.
