Dear Pick 'n Pay,
I've been a loyal customer of yours for years but recently I had two experiences with very poor quality stock in your stores which has made me question whether I will continue to shop at your stores.
In the most recent incident I bought some minute steaks from you with a sell by date of the 25 May. I found it to be off already today (23 May).
Approximately a month ago I had purchased two tins of pick n pay home brand Salmon from you and it was so full of bones and skin etc as to be inedible. I have pictures of both incidences and have kept one of the tins (the opened one I threw away).
I was prepared to chalk it down to a bad batch after my most recent incident I've begun to question your quality.
