I went to refund and was helped by Thabiso, who told me he can't do refunds, while standing there he called another customer who she had a belt that didn't have a price ticket, he said I can't help u go find a belt with price ticket with attitude and disrespect. That's when I said 2him u can't be talking to customers like that and he responded by saying 'its like I'm there to complain' then turned his back on me as if that's a way to talk with customers. I still can't believe jet still hire people like that.
