I have requested several times from the Customer Services department via email, to have my payment plan or option changed from 6 months to 18 months and have the balance divided to 18 months to bring down the installment per month to avoid my account being overdue, several emails have been sent back and forth, yet nothing has been done, and now I am being harassed at work on my work land line by call center agents and collections regarding my overdue account, if someone did their job I would not be in this situation and thus the calls could be avoided as this is very unsettling and uncomfortable speaking in an office.
