I am a customer of the Pick n Pay family super market, and after the shop was revamped it appears that neither the owner or management is able to meet the customers needs as far as supplying to the need of customers is concerned. I am currently spending between R2000 and R5000 per month at this shop, however, lately and even today again, if they do not have the product that I need and want, I just leave everything at the counter and go the the nearby Spar, where they are capible of supplying on our needs - 10 out of 10 for spar. I smoke and my brand is Voyager (Blue). One evening at Pick n Pay I complaint to the owner that there is never cigarettes when I want to buy and he made an arrangement with me that they will order enough stock and always keep a carton of my brand of cigarettes in the office. This was done for about 2 weeks and never again. In the last 6 months I have left the shop unhappy and without cigarettes. In the past I use to pay for the rest of my puchase and go to Spar for my cigarettes, however, this cost me money as i use my card twice, and additional petrol. Really this is POOR POOR POOR service!!!
