I purchased an Acer Aspire 5733 Notebook in December from Makro Woodmead. I was supplied with a contact number and website to visit to register my warranty. The Call centre number provided just rings, the website has no link to register the warranty and the Makro call centre refers you to the Electronics department at Makro woodmead that doesn't answer their phone. I lodged two complaints on the Makro website and was promised a response in 24 hours. Nothing!!! I will be returning the PC as i cannot register the three year warranty!
