This branch makes false promises, is late for appointments and is in serious need of customer service training. The client (myself) should NOT have to follow up and chase the promises that they have made and definitely not have to put up with incredibly rude people that come round to my home to look at furniture that i wanted to 'trade in'. Not only did the branch lose a sale but i will NEVER go into another branch anywhere ever again. I will ensure that everyone i know does the same. I do not need their service as i can go anywhere to get what i needed - i just really liked what i saw there and wanted it BUT, in order for their branch to run effectively the owner/manger should consider becoming a 'people's person'. I am terribly disappointed but not devastated as i managed to find what i needed somewhere else where i received excellent service with a smile.
