I BOUGHT TWO PLUSH QUEEN DUVETS ON 21 DECEMBER 2013 AND WAS NO SATISFIED WITH THE FILLING SO I RETURNED THEM ON 12 JANUARY 2014 AND GORDON WOOD THE MANAGER REFUSED TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE A NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY ON BEDDING. HE SAID THAT THEIR BEDDING IS LIKE UNDER WARE WHICH THEY DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE. HE EVEN SAID THAT I CAN GO AND REPORT IT AT THE CONSUMER PROTECTOR HE DOES NOT CARE AND WILL STILL NOT REFUND ME.
