Terrible service from @Home Menlyn

I went into @Home Menlyn on Friday 8 November and I was ready purchase an R8000 Norman Relax chair there and then. Then they told me they don't keep stock in the shop but they can order it from the Warehouse and it will be delivered in 7 days (fair enough).

So I go to place the order and pay and then I am told that there are only 2 of these chairs left at the Warehouse and they don't normally allow purchases when items get this low because there might be factory defects so they would want to confirm with the Warehouse that these items are still in good condition before finalizing the order.

Because it was late friday afternoon they said the warehouse was already closed and are not open on the weekends so they would phone on Monday to confirm that the stock they have of the chair that I wanted was still in good condition and then let me know so I can place the order.

16:30 on Monday afternoon, I had still not heard from them. So I called and asked what the situation is, only to be told the lady I spoke to on Friday is off today and that the system now says there is -1 of the chairs in stock!??!
Seriously?!?! What a joke!

I will be sure not to purchase furniture from @Hom
