Woolworths Black Creditcard Experience

I changed from the Gold to the Black Card, after receiving it, I had it activated instore at The Glen, I was told that I could use it in an hour, left it till the next day, bought something at Builders Warehouse, it worked, went to Woolworths it would not transact. After many calls, with promises to come back and solve the problem, it is now two weeks, and we are no closer to solving why Im the only one that cannot buy at Woolworths with my blackcard, yet I can make purchases at other retails that are not woolworths outlets.
Everytime I have had to make the call, to get an update, it seems that there is a hotlist, that no one knows how to delete or remove me from the list, I dont have a negative credit record, I am fica compliant, I owe nothing on the card, i had no such experience on the gold card, yet the black card seems to be the blackest experience that I have had with black meaning negative, with no race issue at all. So with a few woolworths stores behind my back, the glen, columbine square, bedford centre, michelle ave and lemon tree, i think it is a woolworths problem, not a client problem... I am ready to do good on my promise and that is to close the account!!!
