Great handling of situation

I had, unfortunately, been fighting with two service providers (different industries) for the past 2 weeks. when i then phoned budget to let them know that our alarm system had been installed, they needed to redo all the questions that we had already gone through (they need to possibly change their system...)... this was extremely frustrating since i didn't have the time or patience anymore for dealing with these things on a friday afternoon at 17h00. noleen was just doing her job. unfortunately i completely lost it at some point and told budget off, in a rather raised voice. noleen was extremely professional and kept her cool. i later phoned her back to apologise (since that was the least i could do), and she was still friendly and professional (i wouldn't have been if i were her). she is definitely an example for all call centre operators. whether or not my issues with budget are sorted remains to be seen (since i told her i couldn't speak any more and they must phone me back next week), but wanted to give credit where credit is due - noleen definitely deserves the credit.
