Online shopping gone all wrong

I made an on line purchase on the 19/12/2013. On the 20/12/2013 I get a confirmation that the items that I chose on the website had been substituted. I purchased to chicken prepared meals which was substituted for sauces instead. I called the call centre and was transferred to the store. Eventually I got to speak to someone at the store and they assured me that they found the meals that I ordered and will deliver accordingly. The order was eventually delivered to my amazement the prepared meals had an expiry date of the 21/12/2013 which was the next day. I was disgusted by this cause I could not use it. Then I ordered for apple juice which was not delivered. I ordered for 2 slabs of chocolate which only 1 was delivered and this was the incorrect size.

I will never purchase again on the woolworths website cause they are very unrealible. I am very dissappointed with the service. Regards Christine
