This is the second time i'am complaining about the same problem,
I have account insurance, It was fully paid I was retrenched and handed in my ui19, copy of ID and letter of retrenchment letter from my previous employer and everything was certified...
I received a phonecall on sat and they said that Sinrige has all my paperwork and they will give me feedback on sunday, on sunday someone phoned me "didnt state her name" and told me that I have to go pay my account as I was explaining to her that im waiting on feedback from sinrige she hangs the phone up in my ear.
I AM NOW IN ARREARS!!! IF MY CREDIT RECORD GETS RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER AS I AM SICK AND TIRED THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SORTED OUT A LONG TIME AGO.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND STOP SENDING ME MESSAGES TO PAY MY ACCOUNT I AM CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED AND HAVE A ACCOUNT PROTECTION PLAN, VERY UNHAPPY. struggling with this matter since OCTOBER 2013
