I bought a lounge suite about 4 months ago. Both the two seaters developed problems in the seating areas. 7 January I went to the store and asked for the couches to be collected for repair. On 8 January I went back and handed them a paper containing my full contact details. On neither occasion was I asked to fill in a formal complaint or request form. Now a week later I still have not heard from the store. The disrepair is slowly going to become a replacement.
