SPLITTING/PEELING LOUNGE SUITE

I originally purchased a Torino Corner Sofa. Not long afterwards the colour came off so I contacted their Management and they collected the lounge suite and had it resprayed by a car auto repair company and still afterwards the colour was still coming off. After several phone calls and e-mails I was told to go into their Canal Walk branch and choose another loung suite which I did. Now this Laguna Cnr Sofa Set is splitting and peeling and has a 3year guarantee on the 'genuine leather' which has not yet expired! I phoned Jameega Panday at Customer Services on the morning of 29 January 2013 and explained my situation (ref. no 462957) and an Agent phoned the following day to say that there is only 1 year guarantee on the leather. She obviously doesn't know what she is talking about as I have written proof of 3years guarantee on the 'genuine' leather. To-date I have not heard from a single person at the Lewis Group??? I have had 2 different lounge suites from Design for Living and had problems with either the colour coming off or splitting an peeling... No wonder Design for Living has closed their doors - bad attitude and service and now they called 'MY HOME'
