I bought a Samsung stove at game in March 2013, the stove is Faulty and when i went back to the branch as the stove its still within garantee i advised them that i missplaced the invoice.
one of the consultants said they would look for it from their own copies.
i waited and waited.
My partner went back and the manager promised that they will call headOffice and get them to send a copy. Two months later i still have not heard anything from them and now they avoiding us.
Does it really have to come to this guys?
