Armstrong's Books won't sent through

I paid partially for my Armstrongs book order, and my company paid the rest of the amount since it is part of the bursary.

I received a call from Arsmstrongs stating that they won't deliver my books even if they can see that my company has paid (with the correct reference number) without a proof of payment.

My company mailed through the proof of payment and I phoned Armstrongs again, and now they cannot even find the mail with the proof of payment. They are therefore keeping both my and my company's money without delivering on services, which contravenes the stipulations of the CPA whereby customers should receive goods paid for.

This is incredibly horrible service.
