Late delivery of goods & incorrect goods received

We placed our order with the Centurion branch on 20 October 2012, after promises of our furniture being delivered latest end of November we received our furniture only 21 December, this after I had to make numerous calls to the store and then getting empty promises that they will phone/email me back with an update. Our furniture arrived; our 2couches was in the wrong colour leather and our solid kiaat table with a chip that was simply glued back and other cracks on some of the table's legs. They then promised a loan table and that our kiaat table will be picked up to be fixed, me and my husband are working so it is very difficult to be at the house on time for them to pick up and deliver the goods, we were there on the date and time organised with us, but they did not pitch, they only came the next day. Our new table was delivered Saturday, again with a chip - after the Rochester quality controller checked it. This is unacceptable and I would NEVER buy anything from Rochester again, I am truly disappointed with their quality and service.
