I purchased goods from the Mr price Home store on Henrik Potgieter on 05 October 2013. It was a dinning room table, a server and 6 dinning room chairs. The chairs had to be ordered. I have been checking with the shop from two weeks after my purchase and nothing has happened. the worse thing is all Mr Prices Manager could say is I must pray that my delivery comes soon as their supplier and head office service are not reliable. I bought my good for cash so i don't understand why i must follow up with the shop everyday if my things have been received. Its the worse kind of customer service is appalling. the manager himself even said I hope your nightmare will end soon! I have called head office with no sucsess or resolution to my problems, today i called and the manager Moses has knocked off. I wonder if he is not merely avoiding me as he has run out of stories!
