Unfair treatment

I went to Woolworths in Sandton yesterday to purchase some stuff, I have been having a problem with my card being declined irrespective that everthing is up to date. I first went to the office to have it cleared and the lady called head office and a Samuel informed her that evrything is fine and i can use my card. After hours of choosing stuff and queing to pay i was told that the card has been declined. i went back to the office and the lady called head office again and i was told that there is a block on my card and i had to call attorneys to have it cleared. i found this to be very inconvenient and irritating because i took the trouble to to start at the office to avoid this. Can some one please tell me if this card can be used or not because I' m simply tired of this merry go round. Either the account is suspended and i cant use the card period, which if that the case i will pay off the balance and close it. Please fix this mess. One day i can use the card the next day is blocked, can i have some consistency pleass?
