After getting the run around from Woolworths Sandton City regarding the collection of my new card, I was ready to close my account. I have been to the store twice after receiving a sms that I need to come and collect the card. Not only was i sent from counter to counter, but found out eventually that my card was sent back to the Woolworth Head Office.
Foods Manager, Melitza Botha attended to my situation.
Melitza should be commended on the manner in which she handled my case. She was professional, efficient, provided constant feedback and had my card delivered to where it was convenient for me.
