I went to buy some items at the lonehill Woolworths when I tried to pay with the woolworths account card I was told it declined. A manager or a supervisor was called and she confirm that my card had declined and suggested I call customer service or head office (I paid cash for the items). The next weekend I walked in to another store and enquired at customer service where I was shocked to learn that the card had no problem and that my last purchase had gone through... now this is the same purchase I paid cash for! I have gone to lonehill to try and resolve this but was given fibers and told they are sorry and that they will resolve same day and call me to confirm correction and now another day has passed no one has called. This is not acceptable
