To whom it may concern.

I visited Durban Weststreet Jet stores and bought some clothes 1 of the items was a pencil black 3quater skirt, PRICED R89 and as per the receipt I was charged R100. Realized that a big company like you make the money by customers in broad day light...

Same incident happen @ Jet Phoenix Plaza, I bought my partner a pair of shoe marked @ R119 and I was charged R139. How is that. If u were me, how would u feel.

I had an issue like this may years ago, and the cashier corrected yours mistake, which was fine and understandable, but been over charged and not been told abt the price difference is totally and unacceptable.

Along with this, the same skirt I took to the Jet Phoenix Plaza to get a smaller size and wass declined that I could have it done there, was told they do not stock what Weststreet do and I needed to return / change it in town.

Another issue, we open this account in November 2013 sometime, I NEVER 2 DATE RECEIVED AN INVOICE, even though I still always made payments even though I NEVER got that bill staying I needed to pay and the amount that was due with the date. This, I heard and know of many people that experienc
