I am not happy with Cielo Lifestyle/Wheco group customer care services. I purchased a cooking set for R1 395.00 which was delivered to me on the 02 Dec13. I returned the cooking set because it did not meet my expectations.i sent them an email on the 4th enquiring for refund terms, they advised that i should return the items to their warehouse in PE.I did so and they confirmed the set reached their warehouse.
I sent them an email on the 13th of Dec13 wanting to follow up on the process of my refund since they've received the set. i did not get a response, i called atleat 3 times almost everyday from then leaving massages and getting no call backs/ feedbacks. I have sent countless emails with no responses. It had been close to a whole month on this query without any clear feedback.
This comes as a surprise because when I was purchasing the items I never had a problem with getting a response on anything, as they were hoping to close a sale. But when I requested a refund they are playing all sort of tricks to dodge me.
Everytime I call, I'm told a person who can help me is not around, leave a massage.they go on leaves without responding to my emails, and get told to wait till they back.
