My partner and I purchased R7000 worth of clothing for our wedding from this store. Sales person promised we can bring it back if it didnt fit. We braught 1 item (not all) back and want a cash refund and they said they dont do refunds or credits!!! The manager, Litha, said he would contact the Joburg branch to see what he can do and call me back at a certain time. he never called. I called him and he couldnt remember who I was or what I was asking for! Then, he just dissed me by saying, he's sorry he cant help, I can complain to who ever I want and they wont help me. Bad attitude and service!!! Hate HW... Will never shop there again!
