Incredible Connection
Pathetic service

I bought my son a leap pad ultra and after a few days it started giving problems, battery not lasting the full 8 hours and eventually would not switch on even after charging for a full day. I called incredible connections call centre and they said I could take it into any store and they would REPLACE it. Took it into incredible connection at the Redds mall in centurion and dealt with Rachel. Explained the situation to her and she assured me that they would replace the leap pad they just needed to get the stock in. Which would be this week Monday or Tuesday. After hearing nothing from them we called them this morning to find out what was happening and they said we could collect the leap pad. I sent my husband to pick the "NEW" leap pad up only to be told that they giving us the old one back because the only problem was that it needed to be charged (which we did). Now I'm sitting with the same problem!!! I want this leap pad replaced, the battery is suppose to last for 8hours and it only lasts for 4 hours. Very poor service.
