I purchsed a Compac HP laptop from the above mentioned branch of Incredible Connection. The battery must now be replaced. When I approached them for a new battery they just informed me that they do not sell the batteries. I told them that this is not acceptable to me at all, if they sell the laptop they at least also have to have in stock and sell a basic item such as the battery. They just referred me to other businesses that may possibly sell the batteries. They were not even prepared to order one for me or to assist me in any other manner. I think this is very poor service from a big company such as Incredible Connection.
