Poor service delivery

Since the last complaint i logged to their management i haven't even got a call regards to my mobile device that was submitted for assessment, firstly the error is on their side and we customers has to take the blame because they provide faulty devices, i bought a cell phone from total sports in December it broke two days later because it had a factory fault and they refused to refund me my money back because they didn't have funds in the shop so they insisted i take another device but i asked them what if the same error occurs what do i do then they say said they will see what they do, ten 1o days later the same problem occurs and they tell about their protocol that they have to follow and the other consultant told me over the phone that am not the only customer they deal with and hung up the phone on my ear i had to call again, Thabo being the store supervisor told me that am liable for phone and i will have to pay for what ever the charge may be, like really how do i pay for a device that has factory fault, to date i haven't heard a word from any one if this is the kind of service that we get from some of our local retail shops like total spots i feel we need to reconside
