I am so upset that it took one of your staff lounging on a chair barefoot and sleeping to ruin my experience. Not helpful at all. I had no enthusiasm for customer service at all. Consultants dressed in black where more friendly. This lady sitting on a chair near to the reception desk either has no love for her job or a terrible attitude. I thought id expect more from a big brand name such as yourself. Even small places that are in your industry treat their customers better.
