Disgusting Sales reps at Makro

I recently purchased a DSTV installation service voucher from Makro, which is actually performed by a 3rd party.
At the time of purchase I am told that it was either a Makro or DSTV consultant that would have overseen the sale.

One of the assurances given by the sales person, was that an 80cm Dish would be included in the purchase of this voucher. Upon arranging for the installation, I found out from the 3rd party provider that the Dish is not included. I nevertheless gave the goahead in the belief that I would be able to resolve this with Makro amicably. I was also eager to have an installation done in my new home.

I was informed by the installer, that the voucher was supposed to be sold with a signed consent (that indicated the bill of materials and services) that would be provided. This voucher was issued and hence sold to me with the supporting documents.
In principle also, the wrong voucher was sold according to the installer.

The net effect is that I ended up having to pay extra to the sub-contractor (the 3rd party). Had the correct voucher been sold, with supporting supporting documents.
