On Saturday 2nd February, my mom and I went to Birthdays to buy birthday cards. While paying for my items, the woman at the cash register was rude, had a bad attitude asking me personal questions and being very. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. That kind of conduct is UNACCEPTABLE and I will NOT be shopping at your store again. Your staff need serious training!!!
