On Saturday the 8th of June, I went to Clicks Adderley Street in Cape Town. As I was paying I asked the cashier that i'd like to pay cash for the bag as I was paying with my debit card for the items I bought. She refused told me that i'm wasting her time I was so shocked and told her that's not the way to treat a customer she kept on telling me that im wasting her time. The store was still open and no queue at all. And I even ask her if its because I am an African hence the attitude, she slammed at me saying that I am the one with attitude. I've never had a bad service at any clicks this is totally unacceptable.
