My mom and I went shopping for shoes on Saturday, 25 January 2014. Upon shoe fitting we noticed that there were no seats/stools available for customers to actually sit down and fit shoes, which makes it an extremely uncomfortable experience. Upon payment we made the suggestion to one of the staff members. The answer we got was: "O, someone must have took it." No effort was made to assist us or call upon a manager, in fact, all the other cashiers were loudly chatting away and laughing. We felt extremely uncomfortable and not welcome at all. So, I hereby suggest that Mr. Price Bayside invests in some comfort for the customers. It was definitely not a pleasant shopping experience and we felt like we were an inconvenience to your staff.
