"You have entered incorrect details"!!!

In the last 7 days, I have been struggling to access online banking because of incorrect details and even though I know I was entering the correct details. I have used the one that was blocked first for years and then I was told I entered incorrect details. So i had to change and was still getting blocked after one successful log-in. The OTP also gets delayed for urgent transactions... sigh! I had to repeat one transaction several times and I'm sure every time I log-in I get charged. I am so tired of my bank!
