I complained about open Black Label bottles in September 2013. I was contacted by a call centre agent who responded on my complaint. He informed me that I will receive a voucher for a case of Black labels. Until now, I have not yet received any thing. It seems that SA breweries only wanted a positive response from me on HP and then they do not conform to their promises.
