I went to Sheet Street to collect an order, the supposed supervisor had no idea of how the system works (very unprofessional as she is the supervisor). She had me waiting there for 45 minutes just so she can release my order, in the mean while she didnt even let me know why I was waiting or at least apologise for the inconvinience. After waiting I decided i didnt want the order anymore, she then took another 20minutes to cancel the order and she had the nerve to ask me to go across the road to a dingy shop to make a copy of my ID book as it was required. Which i refused to do of course. She then asked one of the employees to go get the copy done, who then strolled to the so called shop and came back 15mins later. The supervisor then told me she needs to refund to my cheque card, which i advised is not a great idea because that never works. I work for the bank, and i know the process works for credit cards and not cheque cards. She insisted and as i presumed it didnt work. I'd really like my money back. This was the first time dealing with this specific branch and its sad to say that i'll never ever recommend it to anyone.
