I have purchased a pair of shoes online from Zando. Once the shoes were delivered, i fitted it immediately and it did not fit, i instantly returned the shoes. the shoes was returned on the 29-April-2013. 1 week later checked my bank account, no refund, i used their online chat tool, and was told by the "Z-specialist" they have refunded me 2 days ago, and can take up to 7 days to reflect. Now it's 10 days later no money still reflecting, I used the online chat tool again, asking about payment, waited very long for them to respond, eventually telling me that there was a problem but they have now initiated the reversal, today 15.05.2013??? what happened to "We reversed the money 2 days ago already" and that was last week. But today when i queried this again, the payment has been made TODAY!!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS, that was my first time with Zando not sure if I want to do this again.
