I have now bought two rings from American Swiss and both have been very bad quality, The first was a silver ring which i sent in for resizing and when i recieved it back the band and been thinned out and a few months later it cracked. I then gave them a second chance and bought my fiance an engagment ring of white gold and sent it in for resizing she had it for five months and the diamonds fell out and the ring lost its shape, it was sent for repairs and renturned to me she had it for two days and it snapped clean in the middle at the bottom. I then wanted my money back and was told i could not get it back in cash only credit because i bought it on my american swiss card even though it fully paid back, then the mangers said she can get a special order and have the ring remaid by the supplier this was in december 2012 and was told i could only get it in march 2013 because it is made in italy and becuase of thier christmas it would take that long then said ok we will come back to the manager at the glen in January which has now taken me four phone calls to get a response back from them now must wait another five days to hear when i will recieve the ring becuase head office is closed
