Bought earrings. 1 of the crystals fell out of one earring shortly after bought. 9ct gold crystal star earrings. I took it back, asked if they can maybe fit another crystal in it? 1st they told me to leave it there, they will find out if they CAN fix it. Month after that, no phone call, I went back, just for them to tell me its not fixed. So I asked if they then can refund me, as I can't pay for something that I can't use. They said no refunds on earrings.. Another month after I phoned. They said its there. I went to PAY for the repairs, but that earring had a big ugly cubic in, it looked terrible, the rest is all small crystals. Could even saw some glue. They asked me to bring in the other earring, so it can go back to repairs (both now?) That was already more than 3 months, and today I'm still waiting, the whole of 2013 I am waiting... When I pass the shop, and ask about it, they just say its not back. And I had the same problem with a phone I bought from them. As if they think I do not know my consumer rights. Don't you think they must now get me another set as they broke my earring even further and I also think they've lost it.
