Lack of safety at Pavillion

My phone was grabbed from me in Woolworths at the Pavilion when doing my Christmas shopping (incidentally when doing my shopping last year I was mugged at knife point in the car park but that is another story) which was bad enough but what followed was an utter farcical mess.
The Wooworths security didn't have a camera in the right place and were not in any kind of contact with Pavillion security, we had to wait why they looked for a gaurd. Pavilion security were not communicating with control room. Control room wouldn't let me see security tapes even though I could have identified the and knew what route she took and eventually just said that they had no cameras facing the right way. They got very upset with me when I pointed out if someone could get from the centre of the Woolworths to the outside of the Pavilion property and not be picked up on the camera then there is something fundamentally wrong with their procedures. Basically two security companies couldn't catch a, even though the incident was reported within 30 seconds after it happened, there was a detailed description and they knew what route the woman took. What are they going to do if someone pulls a gun?
