I am just really disappointed at the security measures, or lack thereof at Pick n Pay Woodmead. My bag was yesterday from my trolley, as I bent down to pick up an item from the shelf. I was beside myself and really traumatised, and quickly reported the incident to one of the sstaff who looked like a supervisor. Theres was no real assistance rendered to me, ans all the guy could do was call security to check cameras. And even that didn't help. They couldn't see anything. I am really disappointed, as I shop here all the time. But have previously been warned about card cloning.. I didn't expect to have my bag... this store is becoming a crime central and I am just enraged at how useless the security are. Fiine, it wasnt thir fault, but when reported, All they could do was look at me with a dumb expression. Just terrible! Now the hassle of replacing my stuff! Jack up your security measures and camera systems and catch a flipping wake up!
